Of Mice and Men, the novel set during the Great Depression by the American writer John Steinbeck, is about the American dreams and hardship of two undefined immigrants: George Milton and Lennie Small. Timespan of the narrative take place in the Salinas Valley in California with George being the practical and clever one while Lennie being a big child in terms of character who wants to belong to a family with George starting a dream that they will have their own land one day.
