Among his many other talents, the 26th President could genuinely write. It is fortunate that he could because only a tremendous writer could do justice to the extraordinary life he lived. The book covers Teddy’s unconventional younger years spent taming the wilderness, his controversial role in the Spanish-American War. It also recounts his remarkable Presidency, including the peace mediation, which landed him the Nobel Peace Prize.
