Breaking Free

Women and sisters of all nationalities and races have one common thread- things that our "mothers" have taught us. Although they had good intentions, many of these lessons have left us in unhealthy relationships and produced decisions in our lives that have created emotional turmoil, keeping us in bondage. Through Breaking Free, Living beyond the Lies That Our Mothers Taught Us, we have the power to unlearn, heal and choose differently.
