Carolyn Fried, author of a book titled Twelve Great Parties, has had a varied career. She has taught school, worked with children with learning disabilities, is active in the mortgage and investment business and lecturing to women making them more aware with respect to financial planning. She resides in Los Angeles with her dog, Candy.
