When you’re growing up all you want to do is fit in - but life sometimes has other plans. Cheery Cak is a coming-of-age story set in 1960’s/70’s Britain and concerns two young sisters grieving for their missing mother while at the same time coming to terms with their individual issues regarding sexuality, dyslexia and religion.
