The book, Cries in the Dark: Reflections on Love, Pain, and Power, is a self-reflection book that looks into the minds of working-class intelligent people--those looking for peace of mind through their everyday struggles. Through these different short stories, there are stories that will grab your thoughts and fill your hearts by reminding you that you are not alone and will overcome.
