Fate of Souls

Ruby Andrews, a photographer for a major music publication, and her dog Maxine live a quiet life in Santa Monica, California. Orphaned as a small child, Ruby has long been plagued by very vivid dreams that leave her with little sleep each night. Her world is turned upside down when Ruby witnesses a murder one morning at the beach. She struggles with doing the right thing but soon discovers that the murderer knows who she is and where she lives. She knows she needs help and finds herself turning to a cop she meets at a party. As the murderer gets closer, Ruby finds herself in unfamiliar territory in life and love.
