Healing the Wounds

The basic structure of the first edition was built around a four level intervention model which provides a coherent structural foundation.  Substantial changes to the new edition include:       A revised and expanded preface to serve as both a preview of the book and a vehicle to entice both new readers and those who read the first edition.        A new chapter on leadership and coaching.  This chapter conceptualizes leadership in troubled times as a helping, not a controlling, relationship and draws on the author's "head, heart, and feet, coaching model.       A new chapter on self-definition and purpose: Addresses the basic need to define yourself based on your skills, values, and unique purpose, not on the organization where you happen to be employed.         Updated examples. New examples to be based on Noers experience, particularly those based on globalization, the change in demographics, and the current economy.
