Ken and Barney and the Cabin at the Lake in Northern Minnesota

Ken and his dog Barney live in St. Paul, Minnesota. A friend lets them use his cabin on a remote lake in Northern Minnesota several times a year. It's their favorite place to visit. These are stories of their adventures at the cabin, on the lake, and in the surrounding woods. Sometimes they are in great danger themselves, and other times they come to the rescue of others who are in trouble. They encounter a ferocious wolf and a giant lumberjack. In one story, Barney risks his own life to save Ken's. Each story highlights bravery, resourcefulness, and generosity.
