Lost in Yonkers

Yonkers was running from his past—namely, the woman who still held his heart back in Huntsville. She was off limits, and he knew it, but there was nothing he could do to make himself stop wanting Wren. It was his job to keep her safe, to help out her older brother, who happened to be one of his best friends. He broke their unspoken bro code and there would be no coming back from that. Forgiveness might be something that he could ask his friend for, but forgiving himself was a whole other matter.

It was Blade's fault for saddling Yonkers as her babysitter while he dealt with the trouble that seemed to plague them all.
