Every little girl dreams about wearing beautiful dresses. One day, four little girls who are cousins play outside in their grandmother's flower garden. They talk about their dream dresses including the styles, the colors, and the accessories. When a fairy godmother appears from the sky, the girls' wishes for magnificent dresses come true.
