Rising Poem Collection

Rising: 21st Century Collection of Poems is a literary work of poetry from the year 1990 to 2016. During this period of twenty-six years, the author composed poetry from dreams, feelings, thoughts, and life experiences. Although the 1990 decade is the last of the twentieth century, poems in this work reflect inspirational reflections about life segueing into a new century. The poems inside this work are what the author considers "abstract-surreal." The author began writing poetry as a hobby, and the idea to publish did not come to mind until early in 2016.
