Samsão Woiler, a journey

This book, which tells the story of my career, was made possible thanks to the dedication of Oscar D'Ambrosio, who took the time to listen to my stories and the testimonies of João Woiler, João Amato, Mario Garnero, Marcos Troyjo, Marcos Arbaitman, and Claudio Lottenberg. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to them, as well as to the people and organizations they represent, who will be mentioned throughout this book in the various phases of my journey across academia, business, and volunteer work, as described by the author, Oscar D'Ambrosio, following my Foreword. I would also like to express my deep appreciation and pay tribute to those who have played a fundamental role in shaping my career and achievements. To my parents, João Woiler and Sofia Woiler, my sister Silvia and my brother José, and my first wife, Anita Woiler (in memoriam), who were the pillars of the family I grew up with, always supporting me in my professional endeavors.
