Award-winning authors: in 2020 Edward Lee won the J.F. Gonzales Lifetime Achievement Award; Mary SanGiovanni's The Hollower was nominated for a Bram Stoker Award and the anthology Library of the Dead, featuring one of her short stories, won a Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in an Anthology.

Previous publications: Edward Lee is the author of over 50 horror, fantasy, and sci-fi novels, and dozens of short stories; Mary SanGiovanni is the author of nearly two dozen novels and novellas.

Established fanbase: both authors are big names in the horror community with large followings, CLASH also has a good foothold in the same community, we're already seeing a lot of excitement for this collaboration.
