What happens when you fall in love with your next-door neighbor? You peer through a hole in the fence and eventually climb over. Sybil, a member of The Good-Hearted Gardeners—a society for the betterment of language and the planet—allows her lover, Demo, to join. But this group, funded by MI5, is tasked with monetizing and weaponizing the English language. Soon, they discover that English is even more widespread than they thought: even the birds and the fish can speak it!

With climate change and technology spiraling, a frightening scenario threatens everyone. Can this headlong rush to extinction be halted? When the animals come together, much is possible, but at what cost? Good-Hearted Gardeners is a thought-provoking and humorous exploration of language, love, and the future of our planet.
