Dana Sawyer- Author was a university undergrad teacher for 40 years, just now retired. He has a large network of former students, some of them now teaching philosophy and religion themselves, willing to help spread the word about this book.
- Author is planning workshops focused on the work at the Esalen Institute, the Omega Institute, the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Spirit Rock, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, 1440 Multiversity, California Institute of Integral Studies, Sofia University, Naropa University, and the annual “Science and Non-Duality” conferences.
- Sawyer will speak at the primary conferences on psychedelic science and exploration, having already presented a paper on Huxley’s views at the Interdisciplinary Conference on Psychedelic Research in Amsterdam last fall (2022).
- An epilogue reinforces what is emphasized throughout: the renaissance of perennial philosophy today in the work of teachers/writers such as Seyyed Hossein Nasr, James Cutsinger, Harry Oldmeadow, Mirabai Starr, and Andrew Harvey.
