Train Track Fears and Sunset Tears

Smiley is a girl who lived in a house where a train came through the backyard. Her mother and stepfather were alcoholics and would always threaten to put Smiley on the tracks. By age nine, Smiley was not only verbally abused, but she also became physically and sexually abused shortly after her baby sister passed away.
