Trapped in Perpetual Motion

Trapped in a cycle, Repeating the same behaviours, Over and over and over again, Like Newton's Cradle, Who controls the motion? The answers are inside, Closer than you think, Open up and explore, The unknown isn't as scary As people believe, If the answers are close, Then why is it so hard? To break this cycle, One must believe, In the light at the end of the tunnel, I am no guide, No plan to follow, One's path is truly their own, A direction will appear, Given time and much reflection.
