Trials and Tribulations

Trials and Tribulations is a poetry collection about dealing with mental illness such as depression and anxiety and showcasing how Christian faith is the key to finding one's hope and overcome emotional turmoil. It is a collection composed by a young woman who is still growing in her faith and who used writing poetry as a way to both cope with her diagnosed mental disorders and to connect with and help others struggling with similar emotions and symptoms. It is a collection that offers comfort and hope to prospective Christians and Christians both strong in their faith and new to their faith, who deal with mental health issues.
