Wyandot Folk-Lore

A collection of myths and legends from the Wyandot Iroquoian Indigenous peoples of Lake Ontario, North America.

First published in 1899, this collection of Wyandot folklore and legends was collected from the Iroquoian Indigenous peoples who are a union of tribes from the northern shore of Lake Ontario. The author, William Elsey Connelley, moved to Wyandotte County, Kansas, in 1880.
