The mission of this book is in the title itself. It is to help you truly see that you are not alone. This book is comprised of personal journal entries and encouraging messages about situations I've faced in my life. You are not the only one who's gone through this situation, felt this emotion, or struggled with this insecurity. You're not the only one who needs to release. This is both a book and a starter journal. I invite you to take a peek into my life and see where our experiences collide.
