The Warrior and the Magical Stones

The Warrior and the Magical Stones is a wonderful story to help children understand the concept of salvation. Filled with child-friendly symbolism, the story teaches that "dragon" lies to us and gives us false hopes, "magical stones" only lose their luster and just weigh us down, and most importantly, all we need to do to be able to "cross the moat" and live in the "golden castle on the hill" is to believe that the "the warrior" really is the son of the king and that he truly can get rid of all of those "dirty rocks." Scriptures are listed at the end of the story that can be read to help explain what the symbols represent. The Warrior and the Magical Stones is a perfect stepping stone for children to begin a lifelong relationship with their warrior, Jesus, who can rescue them!
