The True History of The Democrat Party and Black Americans
This work has its origins in the author's wondering why Black Americans abandoned the Republican Party, for which they had voted as a block, until about 1936. When founded, the Democrat Party was the party of slavery, and it was the Republican Party that was founded with the goal of ending the abomination of slavery. This work goes on to move through the foundation of the KKK by Southern Democrats, the Jim Crow laws passed by Democrat state and local governments, through Woodrow Wilson who fired all Blacks in government service, and into the FDR administration where the answer to the basic question was found. Not stopping there, it goes on to explore how the Democrat Party treated Black Americans since the Roosevelt administration. This part of the history is not what you have been told. Indeed, it has many dark aspects.
