The Valley of Ghosts

In pursuit of a notorious thief, pathologist and detective Dr Andrew Macleod arrives at the out-of-the-way little town of Beverley, with its exclusive suburb of Beverley Green, and finds an atmosphere of mystery, and a sudden shocking murder… and also a girl so afraid that she turns deadly white and runs away at the mere mention of the word “detective.”
